Vivi Mark

Vivi Mark EFT practitioner

I am a licenced psychologist and an accredited EFT practitioner (EFT International). I have a degree in Psychology from the University of East London, UK, and a degree in Medical Laboratory Studies from the International Hellenic University of Thessaloniki, Greece. I combine science with alternative therapeutic techniques such as Emotional Freedom Techniques, hypnosis and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) e.t.c.

In the past, I worked as a Behavioural Analysis Tutor, an approach that works well with people with Autism, before I changed my focus to work in the Market Research Industry as an online Project Manager.

I soon realized, however, that what I really wanted was to help people. This felt like my mission like it was time for me to give back everything I’d learned throughout the years.

I was shown how to do EFT back in 2010 and honestly, I found it bizarre I could release tension and anxiety by tapping on my body so I didn’t use it for a year. However, one morning I woke up feeling extremely anxious and I’ve decided to use this strange technique. After tapping for two minutes I felt a sense of release and lightness. My anxiety was non-existent. Nevertheless, I decided to start using it more often and the more I kept tapping the more breakthroughs and revelations I would have connected my current issues to my past experiences.

My current interests are limerence, maladaptive daydreaming and Spiritual Awakening anxiety/money blocks.

I educate my clients and make them understand that just because they’ve had bad experiences they are not broken. No matter what happened in their lives, they can find happiness and support.

I’ve been using EFT for over 10 years and I have experienced profound changes in my body and mind. I have had clients overcome fears and phobias, anxiety, depression and so on.

I am grateful for everything that has happened in my life because I know that without those experiences I wouldn’t be able to connect with my clients from the heart and feel what they feel.

I honour all the people who have worked with me, every single one of them. Those who had the courage to take all the pieces of the puzzle out and put them back in, but this time gently and lovingly.
