By letting go we mean to let go the ''should'' of something we want to be in a specific way.
Let me give you some examples. I should be rich by the age of 35, I should be in a relationship, I should have kids, I should lot let them win and so on.
You put so much pressure to keep things wrapped around this should that this can exhaust you physically and mentally.
When you decide to let the 'should' go and accept things they way they are you feel lighter and free.
When something requires too much anergy to be sustained it's an indication that this it's not the right thing for you.
When you put all your energy to keep something under your control, the message you send to the universe is that this is not mine, I can't keep it, please take it away from me.
We tend to linger into past situations in order to protect ourselves and to avoid future failures or disappointments.
Sometimes all we need to do is just to affirm that what we had or desired is not valid anymore and imagine it as a balloon we let go in the sky.
Let it go and go with the flow. The flow will take you in the place which is the right for you.
