You can book a single session if you are unsure about EFT. Sessions generally last for 1 hour 15 minutes so you will have plenty of time to see how EFT approaches your issue and how we can work together.
Make sure you are in a quiet place where you won't be interrupted for the duration of the session. Wear comfortable clothes and have a glass of water next to you.
In the first part of the session, I will be asking you questions about your past as well as your current issues.
In psychotherapy, we learn how to express emotions and analyze facts and situations. Our perception changes and that helps us to see our issues from different perspectives.
In EFT sessions, you will learn to analyze an incident and release negative emotions and limiting beliefs by tapping on the Meridians.
Complex issues tend to have many aspects to them and I'll tell you even from my initial consultation if what you want to work on needs more than one session and l will recommend accordingly.
I recommend a single session to someone looking for additional guidance. Most issues and especially complex ones such as PTSD, depression, abuse and trauma tend to have many aspects that are impossible to be deal within a single session.
Booking a bundle of sessions instead of a single session benefits in that it gives you the time to explore the issue at hand in a more gentle and gradual way.
